For teams of 10 to a full company, with retouched images delivered in 5 to 10 days.
We plan the day. I build a schedule around your team and your office.
Attendees move through a quick session, then choose their favorite from a private online gallery of proofs.
Once retouched, each image is delivered straight to the attendee or to a single point of contact, whichever you prefer.

Do you come to our office?
Yes. We can bring the studio to your location anywhere in the Bay Area, or your team comes to my Pleasanton studio.
How many people can you photograph?
From a small team of 10 to a full company.
How much time will it take?
For most company headshot sessions, each person takes about three to five minutes to photograph.
That can vary depending on the goals of the session. A simple, consistent headshot for each team member moves quickly. Multiple looks, outfit changes, executive portraits, or additional branding images may require more time.
We design a custom schedule for every company so the process works for your team, your space, and your goals.
Will the headshots match across the team?
Yes. Matched lighting, framing and finish are the point of a team session. New hires photographed later are shot to the same setup so they fit the existing set.
What is the turnaround?
Between 5-10 days depending on number of people and the package you choose.
How much space do you require?
For a typical headshot setup, we generally need:
A clear area approximately 15′ x 15′ or larger
An 8-foot ceiling or higher
Access to power
Access to WiFi if possible
What do I need to know about scheduling everyone and logistics?
My priority is to ensure your team headshots are a smooth and stress-free experience.
Once your date is confirmed, I can create a custom online scheduling page for medium to large teams. Team members can book their own appointment times, and automatic reminder emails help keep the day organized while minimizing interruptions to the workday.
For smaller teams, you may not need formal time slots. We will work with you to organize the photoshoots in whatever way makes the most sense for your team.
We are commercially insured and can provide a COI upon request.
Will you also shoot team photos in addition to the headshots?
Absolutely. We can photograph your entire team together or break it into smaller groups by department.
Should we provide professional hair and makeup?
Professional hair and makeup is never required, but it can make a noticeable difference.
For larger groups, we recommend touch-up services rather than full hair and makeup appointments for each person. Quick adjustments for shine, stray hairs, wardrobe details, and grooming can help employees look polished while keeping the schedule moving smoothly.
A good hair and makeup artist can also help people feel more confident on camera. We are happy to arrange professional hair and makeup services if desired.
How much retouching is included?
Our goal is for everyone to look polished, professional, and authentic.
Retouching usually includes things like removing blemishes, lightening dark circles, reducing stray hairs, whitening teeth and making small adjustments that help the final image look clean without making the person look fake.
What if we can’t get everyone together on the same day?
For companies that can't gather everyone at the same time, I offer a flexible solution. We can start with an on-site session for part of the team, then follow up with a custom online scheduling page so remote employees or anyone who couldn't attend can book their own session at my studio.
