SESSION INFO
Nina offers two distinct session types designed around different levels of depth and image variety.
Headshot sessions are designed to create a strong collection of chest-up images that elevate your personal brand. With expression coaching and multiple wardrobe changes, the goal is to capture a refined set of versatile, professional headshots in a shorter, streamlined session.
Portrait sessions are a more in-depth experience, designed for clients who want greater range and storytelling in their imagery. These sessions include multiple lighting setups, backgrounds, and posing variations, moving beyond headshots into three-quarter and full-body portraits for a more expansive portfolio of images.
Throughout both session types, you’ll review images in real time and narrow selections as you go, ensuring we focus only on the strongest results.
After the session, you’ll select your favorite images from a curated set. Each final image is $300 and includes unlimited personal-use licensing and professional retouching. Retouching is natural and refined, designed to enhance, not alter your authentic look. Final images are delivered within one week of payment.
SCHEDULING AND PAYMENTS
I’m available for sessions Monday through Friday, typically scheduling 1 to 2 shoots per day starting around 11am.
A session is reserved once full payment is received. You can book online or reach out to the studio and I’ll help you choose a time that feels right for you. If you don’t see availability that works, just ask. I’m often able to be flexible, and occasional weekend options may be available.
Any additional payments, including image purchases, proofing galleries and hair and makeup services are handled on the day of your session.
I accept all major credit cards, as well as cash, check, PayPal/Venmo, ACH transfers and Zelle when arranged directly with the studio. After your session is paid, the only remaining cost is the images you choose to purchase, along with optional hair and makeup if you’ve booked that service.
CORPORATE HEADSHOT GROUP RATES
I offer group rates for organizations that need a consistent look and feel for their brand. Although I often have my clients come to my studio, I am just as happy to setup at a location of your choice as well. Many companies also have an ongoing relationship with me that allows their new team members the flexibility of dropping by the studio at their convenience.
