Real Estate Property Photography for Realtors
Starts at $400
Property photography is sort of like online dating profile photography. Meaning, we want your listing to look the best it possibly can. Whether it’s an estates or a fixer-upper, they all receive the same amount of attention. (We’re talking about real estate not dating.) We are proud to have served many top producting realtors from NY, CT and now CA.
Our goal is:
To make the process seamless we work with the agents for the best possible experience.
To personally hand-edit each final image for the best in presentation.
Deliver the final images in both high-res and web-ready JPGs.
Always stay current and use the most current equipment and software.
To aid in marketing the property, we often boost the property’s exposure whenever possible via our own social media channels.
GETTING A HOME READY FOR PROFESSIONAL PHOTOS
Professional photography of a home is to emphasize the layout and general condition of the home for sale. Helping prepare the home prior to the arrival of the photographer will ensure the best presentation of your home to potential buyers. Getting good photos of an occupied home can reduce the number of times interested buyers/investors need to tour in-person. Your assistance can actually keep tours and showings to a minimum, while creating maximum interest in the property. We thank you in advance for completing as much of this checklist as possible. Here's a quick checklist:

Each room should have the same temperature light bulbs (eg., soft white)
Hide pet dishes, toys, beds
