What to wear..or what not to wear | Fairfield County Portraits

Last week I went into jcrew to attempt to find a dressy outfit for myself as I need to attempt to get out of my landsend uniform of quarter zip fleece tops with my favorite Joe Jeans and I called upon one of their personal shoppers. I was secretly hoping she’d select things that I would not have picked myself, but it turns out it wasn’t too far from what I would have chosen myself (with the exception of a belt!) Being 5’2 and short waisted, my options can feel limited when shopping. I’m still not convinced the skinny cropped pants are for me though.

As we gear up for a busy Spring and Summer season, the number one frequently asked question is “what do we wear?” It’s always easiest for me to tell you what NOT to wear, however, I thought I’d post some suggestions for children.
